2. Bad Neighbor

Stories of bad neighbors with barking dogs or loud music are pretty common, but how about a neighbor who tries to bite your ear off? When a man in Boca asked his neighbor for a cigarette, the neighbor refused. Now at this point, it might be hard to determine who the bad neighbor is. After all, wouldn’t a good neighbor hand over the smoke if he had some? Turns out the guy that asked for the cigarette didn’t like being turned down, so he grabbed the other man in a bear hug and nearly bit his ear off. Only a thin piece of cartilage kept the ear attached to the victim’s head following the attack. The hungry neighbor was arrested by police and charged with battery. Evidently, attempted cannibalism is not a crime in the sunshine state.
