We’ve probably all heard the phrase, “don’t eat the yellow snow” at some point in our lives – unless you live in Jamaica, or some other tropical locale where snow just doesn’t happen. For those of us who do have to deal with the white stuff from time-to-time, “don’t eat the blue snow” might be an appropriate addition to the warnings about ingesting snow. A drug called Urised that is used to treat bladder infections can actually turn urine blue, which would probably be a bit unsettling for the person taking it who was not aware of that potential side effect.
