It’s expected that babies and little kids are going to try to eat things that are not meant to be eaten. It’s a different story however, when it’s adults that show up in hospital emergency departments with strange objects in their stomachs. Some of them may be suffering from mental health issues, while others might simply be classified as odd. As hard as some of these are to believe, these are items that have been discovered in the human stomach.

A woman in China sought a very unique and different way to express her unhappiness after a fight with her boyfriend. She swallowed approximately 20 stones, thinking that they would simply pass naturally through her digestive system. When she later experienced pain and discomfort, she reported to a local hospital seeking treatment.
