A police officer in Hearne, Texas was fired from his job after shooting an killing a 93-year-old woman. Responding to a report of a domestic dispute, the officer claims he arrived to find the elderly woman holding a .38-caliber revolver. He says he shot her four times after she refused to drop the gun and had fired twice into the ground.
