It may seem ridiculous, but some travel agencies actually offer insurance that covers falling coconuts. It appears to be a genuine risk, and it turns out that 10 times as many people are killed each year by falling coconuts than by sharks. One woman who had decided that such an insurance policy was a good idea was actually struck in the head by a coconut while relaxing under a palm tree in Sri Lanka! Her insurance resulted in a full payout to cover her hospital bill.
