A San Diego, California police officer was arrested for the second time just two weeks after his first arrest for domestic violence. The officer was suspended from his job with the police department after his first arrest, and now faces charges after police were called to his home a second time. His wife says she feels like she is lucky to be alive after neighbors intervened and managed to pull her husband off her as he was allegedly trying to strangle her.
