10. Haggis

Enjoyed in Scotland for hundreds of years, haggis is usually a mixture consisting of sheep’s heart, lung and liver that’s combined with other ingredients such as suet, onion, oatmeal, salt and spices. The resulting formulation is then usually encased in a sheep’s stomach for cooking, although a lot of the haggis commercially produced these days is bound with sausage casing instead.
