4. Horned Lizard

As anyone can see, this slithery creature has more than earned its name. In addition to the horns it uses to defend itself against predators, the horned lizards is also known for it’s speed when attempting to escape danger. If it’s speed and agility is not sufficient, its last line of defense is the ability to squirt blood from its eyes to convince predators that they are messing with the wrong lizard!
