5. Alien Abductions

The idea of aliens visiting our lovely planet is not a new one, and frankly, when one considers the size of the universe, it may not be out of the question. Cosmic speculation aside, it’s pretty much expected that the alien abduction theories are bound to emerge under unusual circumstances like this. Do aliens exist? Perhaps, but if they wanted to collect humans, it seems like there are much more subtle ways to do it than plucking an airliner out of the sky.
