Back in 1903, this deranged criminal killed between six and ten people and claimed he had committed numerous other crimes all over the United States. He was particularly well-known for eating part of his victim’s bodies. Quote: “I always had a desire to inflict pain on others and to have others inflict pain on me. The desire to inflict pain, that is all that is uppermost.”
