Every year in the United States there are somewhere in the area of 20,000 acts of violence occur in the workplace. Imagine an employee calling in sick one day and saying something like, “I won’t be in today because I’m afraid Bill in accounting is going to blow his top any day and start beating people up.” We think this guy is just pissed off because of the wardrobe choices he made that day.
