7. Most Fried Rice

It took 52 chefs and a whole lot of rice to create the world’s largest serving of Cantonese fried rice ever prepared. It’s not entirely clear why the location chosen for this event was in Costa Rica, but that’s where the nearly-3,000 pound dish was prepared and used to feed about 7,000 people. Maybe the people of Costa Rica eat more fried rice than one might expect.
