7. Misplaced

Receiving reports of a stolen car is something that auto insurance companies probably deal with all the time, so when something like this happens it probably causes a few chuckles in the office. A woman in Wisconsin reported to police that her car had been stolen. The woman had parked her car in the street, left it running and returned about 20 minutes later to find that it was missing. It’s important to note that this took place in the middle of a snowstorm, since it was soon discovered that her car had not been stolen it all. It had been completely covered with snow courtesy of a passing snow plow truck!
