4. World Toilet Summit and Expo

OK, so perhaps a bunch of plumbing industry folks gathering to talk about toilets isn’t all that unexpected, but just the name alone qualifies it for a spot on this list. Most of us don’t often use the words “toilet” and “summit” in the same sentence. As for “expo,” what most of us do when we’re using the toilet is about the last thing we’d want to put on display for anyone to see. There’s no doubt about the fact that toilets are an essential part of everyday life for many of us, and we appreciate those who take the matter seriously enough to gather together to talk shop and discuss ways to improve what many consider to be the most important seat in the house.
