A study conducted at Saint Louis University found that people who ate eggs for breakfast wound up taking in 330 fewer calories during the course of their day than those who had a bagel for breakfast. The bagel may seem more filling, but eggs have a secret weapon in the form of amino acids that help curb hunger when they are digested.
