This one is hard to believe, but the U.S. military actually investigated the idea of manufacturing a bomb that was loaded with aphrodisiacs that was intended to cause the enemy to become more interested in getting friendly with each rather than fighting for their country. They expected that such a thing would cause a lot of trouble with their morale and render them less effective on the battlefield.
