During the Cold War the United States military spent a lot of money trying out something called “remote viewing.” The idea was that people could make use of psychic or paranormal abilities to “see” inside Soviet military installations, or anywhere else in the universe for that matter. About $20 Million was spent on the effort and very little, if any information was ever gleaned.
