Although for most people a wasp sting is not dangerous, a wasp sting could prove deadly for someone who is allergic. There has always been a lot of confusion regarding wasps, hornets and bees, possibly because they all fly and can all deliver a painful sting. Wasps include many sub-species such as the aggressive yellow jacket and the paper wasp.
