And we don’t mean the kind you might find at the bottom of your trousers. Joseph Lauher collects various kinds of devices designed to restrain people, such has handcuffs, thumbcuffs and leg irons. We’re not sure whether his collection is any indication of other “activities” he likes to enjoy in his spare time, but just as long as he’s not breaking any laws, he’s entitled to enjoy his restraints as he pleases.
