The Portuguese are justifiably proud of their famous Port wine and they take great pains to make sure they can enjoy it in all its sweet glory. In order to avoid disturbing the sediment in the wine, they have developed some very elaborate ways of opening a bottle which involves ice and red-hot tongs.
