3. Charles Frederick Albright (“The eyeball killer”)

Dallas, Texas was the birthplace of this individual who was responsible for the deaths of three women during 1990 and 1991. Not a particularly prolific killer, but unique in the way he mutilated his victims. He removed the eyes of all three victims after killing them. Like many other serial killers, Albright targeted prostitutes – a popular target for many serial killers because it is so easy to lure them into their car or home. He is currently serving a life sentence in a Texas prison with no possibility of parole.
