Yes, in case you were wondering, we are talking about those creepy little monsters that look somewhat like cross between a lobster and a spider. And did we mention the stinger? Apparently, the scorpion is thought of as just another item on the menu in much of Thailand. We’re some of the world’s most enthusiastic Thai food fans, but we’re thankful we have never seen scorpion on the menu at any of the establishments we frequent.
