4. Baked Potato

Boring, boring, boring, right? Not so fast. The humble baked potato has a lot more to offer than you might think. Real scientific studies have proven that a baked potato leaves people feeling more full than 37 other foods it was compared to, including whole-wheat bread and brown rice. It’s probably not often (if ever) that you find yourself craving a baked potato, but even if you consider it bland and boring, if may help you keep hunger at bay for a while and put you that much closer to your goal. For extra credit, eat the skin of the potato as well. It can be quite tasty but is only recommended with a “real” baked potato and not a quickie from the microwave.
