It’s not known much for flavor and is often used as an addition to other dishes or as a garnish. Dragonfruit is low in sugar and contains antioxidants, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids. It may be on the bland side but this weird-looking food makes up for it with all of those healthy nutrients packed into it.
