Unless your city is scheduled to host a visit by the Pope, there probably isn’t all that much for sufferers of this phobia to worry themselves about. Yes, papaphobia is fear of the Pope. This has to be one of the most unusual phobias on the list since we have never know the Pope to be the kind of guy who would go around jumping out of the bushes to scare people or anything. Maybe it has something to do with some of those crazy big hats he wears.
