4. When You Gotta Go…

An estimated 40 percent or so of the human population does not have access to a proper bathroom facilities. That means, of course, that many somewhat out-of-the-way locations are far game for a drop and run. Places like behind some bushes, alleyways, behind a building or beside the roadway in a drainage ditch. It’s wise to carefully watch your step when traveling in places that are known to lack modern sanitary facilities. In some countries, bathroom facilities are literally a line of holes in the ground with no separations or barriers between them. Now that’s what we call a public toilet!
