Why just shoot and bomb the enemy when you can enlist the power of mother nature to attack your enemies? That was the theory anyway. The idea was to come up with some kind of chemical agent that could be dropped on enemy troops and would attract legions of stinging wasps. U.S. military scientists came up with this zany idea but it never took flight, so to speak.
