To many people lizards are weird no matter what species you happen to be…
Whether it’s hot or cold it seems as if there is always someone prepared to complain about it. Sometimes it seems as if we humans are never quite satisfied with anything. Since weather is probably something we complain about the most, we thought we’d take a look at some weather that’s really something to complain about. The next time you have to endure a heat wave or a few rainy days, consider living in one of these places.
1. Gandom-e Beryan, Dasht-e Lut, Iran
You want hot? We’ve got hot. It may come as no surprise that the hottest temperature ever recorded on earth was in the middle east. With vast areas of desert, conditions are perfect for cooking up the world’s hottest temperature. During 2005, the record temperature reading of 159.3F was recorded in the desert in a place called Gandom-e Beryan, Dasht-e Lut, which means “emptiness desert.” They may want to add on to that already-lengthy name by sticking the Persian world for “hot” in there somewhere.
