9. Pearling

With the goal of improving the appearance of the genitalia, as well as enhancing pleasure, pearling involves the implantation of small beads just under the skin in certain strategic locations. It’s a practice with a long history that shows no indication that’s it’s going away anytime soon. To us, it seems like the last place on the body you would want to be cutting, carving, shaping or decorating, but to each their own.
