A yo-yo is simply a childhood plaything for most people, but for others it means big money. That was the case for 13-year-old Harvey Lowe who won the World Yo-Yo championships back in 1932. A Canadian yo-yo maker called Cheerio considered Lowe’s hands so valuable that they insured them for $150,000 through Lloyds of London.
