Here’s a diet that comes nicely packaged with a whole range of undesirable potential side effects. It basically involves swapping food for booze. It sounds like a sure-fire way to quickly drop some weight, but also places dieters at risk from things such as being drunk a lot. An entire chapter – or perhaps even a book – could be written on the dangers of spending much of your time hammered. Although this diet does not appear to steer dieters completely away from real food, when they talk about things like binge drinking to the point of puking, that’s sends up a few red flags, to put it mildly.
