This is a new on on us, too! This “diet” involves nourishing oneself on air, sunlight, herbal teas and water. There’s not much question that this will keep you alive for two or three weeks, but beyond that, it’s pretty much a crap shoot. That’s because most human beings can survive a few weeks without food as long as they remain hydrated. And since this diet doesn’t really include any actual food, a person who adheres strictly to a diet like this is eventually going to just keel over and give up the ghost.
