8. Binge Eating

This condition bears some resemblance to bulimia but is not the same disorder. Although it is thought to be the most common eating disorder of all, it falls under the umbrella of “eating disorder not otherwise specified” or EDNOS. Binge eaters are very likely to be dissatisfied with their body’s appearance and also may feel shame in relation to their eating habits.
