4. Hallucinations

Anti-depressants are one of the most commonly-prescribed drugs these days and there are quite a few of them for doctors and mental health professionals to choose from when prescribing. One called Lexapro has the potential to cause hallucinations. We hope that people who experience this particular side effect at least have happy hallucinations, since someone who is depressed enough to be taking a drug like this should not have to worry about being scared out of their wits by imaginary giant spiders or flying snakes!
