9. I Love You Deer

A couple from Iowa were so passionate about bow-hunting that they decided to get married in a tree stand – while wearing full camouflage! A tree stand, for the uninitiated, is a kind of portable seat that can be affixed to the trunk of a tree at a level sufficient to keep the hunter less conspicuous to their prey. The one used for the ceremony was somewhat super-sized since it had to accommodate the couple as well as the officiant. The couple even paused a few times during the course of the ceremony to loose a few arrows at nearby targets. Although it’s tempting, we’ve decided to leave Cupid out of this one.
