8. Maxxinista to the Maxx

Since we’re not picking on the United Kingdom (honestly, we’re not!), we’ve decided to pick on women this time. Let’s face it, when you think of the word “shopping,” what gender would you most closely associate with it? We thought so. Affirming that stereotype nicely for us is a woman from Michigan who loves shopping at T.J. Maxx so much, she decided that she wanted to have her wedding in one of their stores. Explaining that she wanted to combine the joy of her wedding with her “happy place” (T.J. Maxx), the couple seemed undaunted by the attention they received from shoppers browsing in the store at the time.
