Here’s definitive proof that a museum can be established in the name of nearly anything you can think of. Yes indeed, this museum is dedicated to dog collars. Despite initial skepticism, learning that the museum has in its collection collars that span five centuries does seem as though it might be worthy of a quick look if you happen to be at Leeds Castle. With a collection of over 100 collars on hand, there’s bound to be at least a couple of interesting specimens present. Although some of the collars probably won’t be viewed as the most-fitting (no pun intended) tribute to our furry companions, it reminds us how long dogs have been an integral part of so many human cultures around the world. We were not able to determine if this was an establishment that allowed the admission of dogs or not.
