This story claimed that rub-on tattoos intended for use by young children were infused with LSD, which was intended to get kids addicted to drugs at an early age. Many parents and even some school officials were fooled by this hoax, which was found to be completely without basis. This one is ridiculous on its face for the following reasons: LSD is not addictive. Even low doses could cause serious health complications or even death in small children. Drug dealers make money selling LSD and would not be likely to be letting it go for free.
