You’ve got to admit, these things look like something you might see used decoratively in someone’s home! Technically, these things are known as tentacled polyps (sounds like something that might be removed from your colon!) that have formed little communities and joined together to create these cool-looking formations. It’s too bad these have to be hidden away underwater since it would really be cool to things like this growing in your backyard.
