People who have had to deal with kidney stones know how painful this condition can be. It’s easy to mistake this for something more serious since the pain and discomfort can be so severe. Fortunately for dogs, the severe pain that people offer endure with kidney stones is not as common, and the condition often goes undiagnosed. Breeds such as Dalmatians, English Bulldogs, Lhasa Apsos, Miniature Poodles, and Yorkshire Terriers are more likely to develop kidney stones than other breeds.
