Cats are born predators and are uniquely equipped to stalk and capture the prey they depend upon to survive. While most big cats resort to strangulation to finish off their prey by holding them tightly by the neck with their powerful jaws, the jaguar has come up with a quicker way to dispatch its victims. With extraordinarily powerful jaws and very long, sharp teeth, these big cats will often bite the head, sinking their teeth through the skull and into the brain. Talk about a headache!
