3. Grumpy Old Man

William may be 77 years old, but don’t make the mistake of assuming he’s a pushover. While shopping at WalMart (where else?) William got in line at the “20 Items or Less” checkout and suspected that the gentleman in front of him was trying to sneak through with more than just 20 items. Sure enough, old William counted out 22 items that the man had placed on the checkout counter, and he wasn’t going to stand for it. The 65-year-old man in front of him in line refused to move to another checkout counter after William demanded that he do so. Enraged, William slammed his shopping cart into the the scooter the man was riding in due to recent surgery. William was escorted out of the store by WalMart employees but returned a short time later to confront the other man again. Once again he was removed from the store and handed over to Charlotte County Deputies who arrested him.
