A man in Forth Pierce was apparently feeling a little lonely after his neighbors refused to drink with him. He responded by calling 911 and telling police that “his neighbors were being mean and would not drink with him.” Officers responded to his home and most likely advised him that mean neighbors do not represent an emergency. The man, known as James, called 911 about a half-hour later to make the same report again.
