Even though Lawrence Clark didn’t have a whole lot of friends and relatives to arrange and attend his funeral when he died, his friends at Waffle House didn’t let him down. After his passing, Clark, who was known to eat a meal at his local Waffle House once a day, was taken care of by his old friends at the restaurant who organized a memorial for him at the restaurant. Approximately 40 people, including employees of the restaurant and regular customer gathered to remember Clark.
