Although four senior citizens used a local Waffle House as a meeting place to discuss their hair-brained plot to assassinate government officials and citizens by using “toxic agents,” the four geezers where stopped by the FBI before their plan ever got off the ground. The four men, Samuel Crump, Frederick Roberts, Ray Adams, and Dan Roberts called themselves “The Covert Group,” but apparently they weren’t quite covert enough to stay off the FBI’s radar long enough to carry out their plans. Employees and patrons of the Waffle House in Toccoa, Georgia probably don’t miss seeing the four show up to discuss their plot.
