Pugot Mamu is a creature that is said to be huge, is able to shape shift, and at some point during his troubled existence, chopped off his own head! Unfortunate children who fall into his clutches are fed through the hole where his head once resided and eaten. It may be a safe bet that children in the Philippines are some of the best-behaved in the world.
