6. The Boggart

In Scotland, The Boggart is said to be an unfriendly fairy who is capable of causing great calamity and unrest in the lives of those unfortunate enough to be targeted by it. One must never speak the name of The Boggart since that utterance carries with it the threat of having it follow your family wherever you go. Apparently, keeping this thing away from your home is as simple as hanging a horseshoe over the door to your home. Who would have thought?
