7. Baking Soda

This amazing substance has many more uses than just as an ingredient for baking. It makes a great car cleaning solution that you can prepare by mixing 1/4 cup of baking soda with a gallon of water and a 1/4 cup of dishwashing liquid. Put it in a jug, shake it up well, and grab it when it’s time to wash your car. Combine one cup of your solution with two gallons of warm water in a bucket, stir it up good and start washing.
