Following in his famous father’s footsteps, the son of martial artist and actor Bruce Lee was working on a movie set on March 31, 1993 during the filming of The Crow. A gun that was being used during the production was not properly prepared for the scene, leaving a projectile lodged in the revolver’s barrel. When blanks were loaded into the revolver which was used in a scene to shoot Lee, the projectile left the barrel of the weapon with sufficient force to mortally wound him.
