Researchers in Canada have detected a certain type of pesticide in the blood of pregnant woman, their unborn babies and in women who are not pregnant. The pesticide is known as Bt and is a toxin that Monsanto said could not survive the human digestive system and pass into the bloodstream. Evidently, it’s a bit more robust than they thought – or outright lied about.
